I have a question about my Print Club membership. Who can I contact?

I'm always happy to help! If you have any questions about your membership, prints, or anything else, email me at simplifiedgraceco@gmail.com and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Can I come back to the Members site later?

Absolutely! Save this page or bookmark it so you can easily return each month. Your Members site is here whenever you need it.
I haven't received my envelope. What should I do?

If you haven't received your envelope after allowing enough time for your local mail service, please reach out to me at simplifiedgraceco@gmail.com and I'd be happy to look into it with you.
When will my next envelope arrive?

New Print Club envelopes are mailed around the 25th of each month. Once your envelope is on its way, keep an eye on your mailbox!
Where can I find past printables?

You can find available past resources right here on the Members site. Come back anytime to revisit a favorite or catch up on a resource you may have missed.
How do I use my monthly prints?

Your monthly prints are designed to help you slow down, spend time with Jesus, and grow in His Word. Use them during your quiet time, Bible study, prayer time, or wherever they fit naturally into your day. There's no right or wrong way to use them—just use them in a way that helps you draw closer to Jesus.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?

Email me at simplifiedgraceco@gmail.com, and I'll make it right.
Can I get a refund?

If you request a refund before your monthly envelope has been mailed, you'll receive a full refund for that month's charge. Once your envelope has been mailed, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
